Ingredients
- a large tart apple, cored and
- sliced 1/2 inch thick
- two tablespoons of butter or oleo
- 1/4 cup packaged refined sugar
directions
in a skillet, cook the apples in the butter until tender. Sprinkle chestnut sugar. Cook until the apples are golden and caramelized, about five minutes.
